【論文解説】
この研究では、拡散強調像を応用したComputed diffusion-weighted imaging (cDWI)を用いて膵癌と限局性の自己免疫性膵炎を鑑別することを試みました。cDWIは通常の拡散強調像をもとにして、よりb値の高い拡散強調像を作成する手法です。cDWIは主に前立腺癌の検出に関する研究が進んでいますが、膵臓ではまだ報告が少なく、意義のある論文になったと考えています。
